Tour Summary

Don't miss this opportunity to discover the numerous undersea wonders off the shores of Paradise Island and New Providence Island. Some of the best diving in the world rests within a few miles from Nassau's beautiful harbor. Bahama Divers' Two -tank Morning Scuba Diving Expedition is the perfect tour for Scuba Diving fanatics. Under the guidance of our professionally-trained divemasters, you may visit coral reefs buzzing with activity, massive underwater wall habitats, mystifying blue holes, and wrecks that have been taken over by marine denizens.

Bahama Divers' Two -tank Morning Scuba Diving Expedition visits two different Caribbean dive locales. Our savvy scuba experts decide which sites each morning, taking into account weather conditions, wind, currents, and visibility conditions.

One of our Bahama Divers' usual stops includes the famous Lost Blue Hole. This natural wonder is home to some of the most plentiful and diverse marine populace in the Bahama Islands. This submerged chasm measures one hundred feet across and an astounding two hundred feet deep. You can descend to approximately eighty feet where you may spy reef sharks, white-tips and nurse sharks.

Barracuda Reef is another great dive spot. Home to three amazing reefs, Barracuda Reef is home to a stunning variety of soft and hard corals, prismatic sponges, and an array of exotic marine species including Marine Turtles, Angelfish, Snappers, Mantas, and Jacks.

The Travelers' Rest Wall resembles a flooded Grand Canyon. This undersea attraction is chock full of coral growth, Reef Sharks, Sting-rays, and Sea Turtles.

The waters off Nassau are also home to three enormous freighter wrecks resting in depths of eighty feet. These thriving artificial structures provide a habitat for Schoolmasters, Silversides, and Pompanos.

What are the requirements to participate in this dive?
This dive requires an open water certification or higher.

Can you pick us up from our cruise ship or hotel?
Complimentary pick up is provided from all hotels.

What are water conditions like?
All dives occur on the south side of the island where waters conditions are great all year round. Visibility remains clear and consistent all year round. Water tempatures change seasonally but average between 72 - 78f.

Yes. Many people feel more comfortable using equipment they are familiar with and are best suited towards their body type. While we do everything to ensure our divers are using the safest, most reliable gear we do allow our divers to use their own dive gear.

Can my non-diving partner come on the dive?
Yes. While your partner will not be able to participate in the dive itself they can come along as a rider and enjoy the trip with you.

Is There a restroom on the boat?
Yes. There is a restroom or "Marine Head" for use on the boat.

What about sharks and other sea creatures?
With all the media hype it's understandable why people often ask this question but the truth is that unprovoked shark attacks are very, very rare and attacks on scuba divers are even more rare. Our staff, divers and dive masters are all trained in making sure your dive is safe and enjoyable.

Do you have nitrox tanks available for use?
No for this particular dive we do not have nitrox tanks available.

Thanks to the professional guides! I was a bit worried about kayaking because I had never done it before, but the instructions were great and I had such a good time!
