Tour Summary

Bahamas scuba diving provides countless locations and dive sites to experience.  This tropical environment is perfect all year round for dive trips out to Blue Holes, exceptionally clear reefs, and wrecks of all depths.  Dive on our Lost Blue Hole and discover what dwells deep within these mysterious formations like eels, sea turtles and a variety of larger marine species.  Our Ocean Wall & Reef locations are just as spectacular!  Sloping gently from around 60 to 80 feet and then the sudden drop off to over 500 feet makes for the perfect site to dive with species such as grouper, eel, snapper, lobster, and many tropical reef fish.  The feeling of hovering above such a cliff is a tough one to put into words, you must experience this yourself to understand.

Once you’ve decided to become a certified diver it is simple to set up and you won’t even have to worry about transportation!  We’ll collect you and your group from area hotels and take you back afterward.  You’re going to start out with some classroom instruction to learn all about the required skills to utilize for safe diving practices and then enjoy some relaxed diving in a confined pool setting with your professional instructor.  Now that you know what you need to know and have become comfortable with your diving gear, the next step is to board one of our specially designed dive boats and head out for some open water dives where you’ll do 4 ocean dives to complete the remainder of the training.

Now you’re a certified open water diver and can take your new dive skills with you anywhere in the world and dive to depths of 60 feet without the need of an instructor.  You’ll receive a certification card and a log book to track all of your dives which you’ll need for future dives.  Spaces for courses are limited to small groups, and fill up regularly, so be sure once you have a plan for your visit to call us and place your reservations to ensure your spots!

I have been to the Bahamas many times, but Nassau PADI Open Water Certification is one of my favorite trips! It includes everything that everyone should do here. As a Bahamas veteran, I can say only the best about this experience!

Thanks to the professional guides! I was a bit worried about kayaking because I had never done it before, but the instructions were great and I had such a good time!
